Is it to much to wish for a president more eloquent then one who says "If ya wanna help, give cash to the salvation army or uh... the red cross." Cash? CASH? Doesn't that seem a little casual? He also mentioned that New Orleans was the city he would visit from Houston, to have a little to much fun.
